Most orders placed before 4:30pm will be despatched within 24 hours for delivery within 1-3 days, however some large custom orders may take longer to arrive. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact the team via email at sales@yourparkingsign.co.uk or call on 0808 1754 089.

Please note: Orders made over the weekend or outside of standard working hours, will be processed and despatched on the next working day.

Delivery and shipping is FREE to all UK Mainland addresses on every order over £50 (ex VAT). Additional charges can apply to non-UK Mainland locations, due to higher courier fees. For a full list of our delivery charges, please refer to our Carriage & Delivery page.

YourParkingSign offers all customers a 30 day no quibble guarantee on all stocked signs, so if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to our FREEPOST address, and get your money back, completely hassle-free. Simply call the team at 0808 1754 089, and we'll provide you with a returns number and will help walk you through our simple returns process, or simply fill our our Online Returns Form to start the process!

Unfortunately, for custom signs we don't accept returns due to the personalised nature of the sign, so please be sure to double and triple check you're happy with your custom sign artwork proofs!

Due to our fast despatches, if an incorrect delivery address has been input for your order, we recommend that you call the team on 0808 1754 089 as soon as possible, so we can amend your order and ensure it's delivered to the right place. To make this a quick and easy experience, we recommend that you have your order number on hand, as well as the payment card the order was made on.

Please note: our customer service team will never ask for your PIN when taking or amending an order.

No, you don't need an account to buy from us! But, to make your next purchase easier, we automatically set up an account for you when you place your first order. We're very sorry that you've received a faulty or damaged item! We try our very best to ensure our products are despatched in the best condition, but sometimes mistakes or damages do happen. If you've received a damaged or faulty product, contact the team via email at sales@yourparkingsign.co.uk or phone 0808 1754 089 - we can help you arrange your return, and you can choose to either get your money back, or we will send out a replacement to you free of charge.

Yes, we always ensure invoices are sent out with every order, and if you login to your account, you can view your invoices online for prior orders and download them.

We have multiple fixing options available for you to choose for your sign, including:

• Wall Fixings, drill holes will be added to your sign for easy installation if you select this option
• Fixing Channel, to allow for your sign to be affixed to a post
• 3M Adhesive Glue, for permanent affixing without the need for drilling

Yes! Here at YourParkingSign, we can print anything and everything you need on your signs. If you've found a template you want that doesn't already offer logo personalisation, simply email the team at sales@yourparkingsign.co.uk with your requirements and logo attached, or call 0808 1754 089 to talk with one of our expert agents so we can help you get your parking signs the way you want them to be.

RA1 and RA2 are two different classes of reflectivity, and are applied to our signs as a coating below the print layer. Both reflective coatings offer improved visibility of your signage in low-light or nighttime conditions, and are equivalent to the BS EN 12899:1:2007 standards, but there are some key differences between the two:

• RA1 Reflectivity, visible up to 300m with good nighttime visibility, with engineer grade reflective coating
• RA2 Reflectivity, visible up to 500m, performs excellently in low-light conditions, with high intensity prismatic reflective coating, and is up to three times more reflective than the RA1 equivalent

External factors will effect your choice, including sign location, viewing distance, and how critical the information displayed on your sign is, but both classes offer improved visbility of car park or private road signs.
